If something isn’t right, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return within 30 days of purchase, subject to the Refund and Exchange Policy.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Store purchased items may be exchanged or refunded via store visit only.
2. Online purchased items may be exchanged or refunded via store visit or Viber / FB private message / Email.
3. For transactions that paid for Shipping Fee, SF will only be refunded if all the items indicated in the warranty form will be returned.
4. For on-line purchases, return to store shipping fees will be refunded once proved eligible, whether for refund or replacement/exchange
5. Ineligible are sale/clearance items, gift certificates and items that were previously exchanged
6. All refunds will be given via dated check which may be claimed in the store or via check deposit. Check deposit option on case to case basis depending on accessibility of bank–preferably BDO or BPI.
7. The customer is responsible should there be any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
8. Only returns/exchanges that are with complete requirements will be entertained

9. Your personal information will be used according to our privacy policy to process your refund or return.
10. Processing of refunds will start upon receipt of item. Check payments will be ready within 7 business days.
11. For items returned via courier that will not meet refund/exchange requirements, customer will be advised and parcel will be shipped back.

Change of Mind Cases

12. We will refund the purchase price or may exchange items provided:

-Advise within 14 days
-Unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached

Faulty

13. If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligation–which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges (if applicable) or providing a replacement product, provided the item/s returned within 14 days.
